Along the return track to the beach we took a short detour to the fascinating natural landscape garden of Balancing Rock, a massive granite boulder perched end-on on a steep, rocky hillside. A scramble to a nearby rocky summit afforded a fine view over the resort, Bauer Bay and up to Spion Kop. Another perfect day. |
